About the Job
We are looking for an experienced, reliable commercial cleaner for a medical clinic in Ajax.
This is a permanent, part-time cleaning position, 3 times per week. The account can be handled by one experienced cleaner or a couple working together.
NO SUBCONTRACTING / NO CLEANING COMPANIES.
Facility Information:
- Location: Ajax, Ontario
- Facility: Medical clinic
- Frequency: 3 times per week
- Pay: $675 per month – flat monthly rate
- For one cleaner, the cleaning generally takes approximately 2 to 2½ hours per visit, averaging approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes
- Cleaning time may vary somewhat depending on the season and the condition of the facility.
- A couple may work together and divide the workload.
Cleaning Duties / Core Tasks:
- Vacuuming.
- Mopping floors.
- Cleaning and disinfecting washrooms.
- Cleaning sinks, counters and fixtures.
- Dusting.
- Emptying garbage and recycling.
- Cleaning reception, waiting, office and common areas.
- Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces.
- Following the established cleaning specifications for the clinic.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 15 years of commercial cleaning experience.
- Reliable, punctual and consistent.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently without supervision.
- Own reliable vehicle and transportation.
- References required.
- Must be looking for a reliable, long-term cleaning position.
- Police clearance/background check may be required.
