We are looking for an experienced cleaning couple/team of two to provide evening cleaning services at an established Etobicoke car dealership that sells brand-new vehicles.

Each cleaner must have at least 15 years of commercial cleaning experience. The work is scheduled six times per week, with both cleaners working 2 hours and 15 minutes per cleaning session.

The dealership must be maintained to a very high standard at all times. Cleaning includes the showroom, offices, sales areas, furniture, kitchens, lounges, boardrooms, washrooms, open areas, hallways, and two glass entrance doors.

Cleaning Duties:

The cleaning team will be responsible for:

Cleaning the vehicle showroom, sales desks, salesmen's cubicles, offices, kitchens, lounges, boardrooms, hallways, open areas, washrooms, and customer areas.
Cleaning glass doors and interior office glass on both sides and keeping all glass streak-free.
Vacuuming and mopping floors throughout the dealership.
Dry mopping underneath showroom vehicles.
Disinfecting required surfaces and areas.
Emptying garbage and replacing liners when needed.
Removing cobwebs, dust, and visible buildup.
Cleaning furniture and maintaining customer-facing areas to a high standard.
Completing all regular cleaning duties required to keep the dealership looking professional and presentable.

Work Schedule:

There are 6 cleaning sessions each week:

Monday to Friday: Cleaning begins after 8:00 PM.
Sixth weekly cleaning: Either after 6:00 PM on Saturday or anytime on Sunday between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Hours: Each cleaner works 2 hours and 15 minutes per cleaning session.

This position is specifically for a team of two cleaners who can consistently work the scheduled shifts together.

Experience and Other Requirements:

Applicants must:

Have a minimum of 15 years of commercial cleaning experience per cleaner.
Preferably have experience cleaning dealerships or similar commercial facilities.
Have reliable transportation and access to a vehicle for travelling to the dealership in Etobicoke.
Preferably live in Etobicoke or nearby, ideally within approximately a 20-minute commute.
Provide two professional references.
Provide a brief employment/work history.
Be dependable, punctual, experienced, and comfortable working independently.
Be prepared to provide a police clearance if required.

Equipment and Supplies:

We provide all cleaning equipment and products required for the job, including:

Brand-new vacuums.
Dust mops.
Mop heads and mop handles.
Mop buckets.
Dusters.
Microfiber cloths.
Squeegees.
Disinfectants.
Spray bottles.
Janitor carts.
Other required cleaning supplies.

All equipment and supplies remain permanently at the dealership. Cleaners do not need to carry cleaning equipment or products in their vehicle.

Compensation:

The total monthly payment is $2,400 for the cleaning team of two combined.

This amount is based on:

Two cleaners working together.
2 hours and 15 minutes per cleaning session.
6 cleaning sessions per week.

Please understand that $2,400 per month is the combined payment for both cleaners.
